Mr. Tidimalo Tito, Senior Mining Manager at Debswana’s Orapa, Letlhakane & Damtshas Mines (OLDM), highlighted the pivotal role of motivation in boosting students’ academic performance during the 2024 PSLE Top Achievers Award Ceremony at Mosu Primary School. He emphasized that motivation inspires students to excel academically.
In 2024, OLDM and Orange Botswana donated a Digital School Kit and boarding kits to improve the learning environment. Learner Officials pledged P1,000 for each student achieving a grade A. This led to significant progress, with nine students earning grade A and a 64.8% pass rate, up from 57.7% in 2023.
