The Southern District Health Management Team (DHMT), supported by Jwaneng Mine, hosted its second Annual Performance Awards Ceremony on February 19, 2025, at Cresta Jwaneng under the theme “Nurturing a Culture of Care, Recognising Excellence in Employee Welfare and Safety.” The event aimed to recognize exceptional performance, boost morale, boost productivity, and promote teamwork among healthcare workers.
DHMT Coordinator Mr. Conrad Ntsuape emphasized the organization’s commitment to appreciating healthcare workers’ efforts through annual awards. The ceremony honoured 84 employees across seven awards categories. Awardees represented health facilities from the Kanye, Moshupa, Jwaneng and Mabutsane catchment areas.
In her Keynote Address, Ms. Mpopi Moatlhodi, Senior Security Manager at Jwaneng Mine, lauded award recipients as vital assets to achieving the Ministry of Health’s mission. She highlighted the importance of employee well-being in driving organizational success.
